Jorge M. Carazo-González is a litigation attorney at AMRC.
Mr. Carazo has experience in litigation at the trial and appellate levels in an array of civil and commercial litigation matters. He has counseled corporate clients in a variety of issues including labor, employment issues, risk management and mitigation to prevent legal actions.
He has considerable experience in the following areas: medical malpractice, labor law, construction law, general corporate law, education law and personal injury. He has also participated in certified complex class action cases.
While attending University of Puerto Rico Law School, Mr. Carazo was a member of the Federal Criminal Litigation section of the University of Puerto Rico Legal Aid Clinic, where he represented indigent clients in federal criminal cases. He also served as assistant to Professor Michel J. Godreau Robles with research and drafting of Amicus Curiae briefs before the Puerto Rico Supreme Court on behalf of non-for-profit organizations, related to the history of coastal property law and common property in Puerto Rico.
